Our Volunteers are Everything!

We can't do any of this without our amazing Buddies! 

As a Buddy, you are taking on one of the most important roles in the entire league. You will directly be making a difference in the lives of the players, their families and our community as a whole. 

Buddy volunteers are paired with athletes during games to assist with play. No baseball skills are necessary! Just bring your positive energy because everyone is a winner at Buddy Ball.

What does my role as a Buddy look like?

Your main priority as a buddy is your athlete. Safety is our number one concern. We want every player to be the center of attention for the time you are together. Our goal is to have them shine and enjoy the game of baseball!

As a Buddy you will help your player bat, field the ball, run the bases, or simply be an encouraging voice. Talk to your player and help them participate to the best of their ability. If you are not sure of what their ability level is, please ask questions about your athlete including their disability, topics/activities they enjoy etc.
